My items were not protected during the move and when they opened the back door my headboard fell off their truck and broke! PRIOR to the move starting I changed my contract asking for insurance. The mover signed and put on the contract to charge me the $50 for insurance. After they broke my headboard his supervisor called me and told me that they would not honor the contract and only offered me $24 for a $400 headboard.
